Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and size exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Innerwear and altered items are non-returnable.

Use the account dashboard or email Tredific@gmail.com with your order ID.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Customers in the US, UK, and Canada are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
